
Michael
T. Murphy
Mike is a licensed commercial real estate appraiser,
certified since 1991 in the State of Missouri, and is a specialist
in ad valorem taxation. Mikes property tax background includes
the valuation and appeal of a wide array of property types, including
hotels and motels, nursing homes, office, medical office, apartments,
industrial and retail.
Mike has over 10 years prior work experience
with local, regional and national tax appeal firms. With Marvin
F. Poer & Company, Mike managed tax appeal operations for Missouri,
southern Illinois, Kansas and Ohio. Mike has appeared before the
Board of Equalizations for St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St.
Charles County, Jefferson County, and the Illinois counties of Madison
and St. Clair. Additionally, Mike has appeared as an expert witness
before the Missouri Tax Commission.
Mike is a 1984 graduate of St. Louis University,
Bachelor of Arts with a Certificate in Business Administration.

William
F. Murphy, J.D.
Bill is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri and has 20 years
experience in the commercial real estate field. He has worked in
variety of capacities for several firms, including development and
financing. For numerous years, he has also taught the mandatory
educational classes for the Missouri Real Estate Salesperson and
Broker courses.
In addition to his daily duties for Murphy Realty
Capital in the investment and financing of commercial real estate
transactions, Bill also serves in various administrative, management
and marketing functions with Murphy Property Tax Consulting, Inc.
Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelors Degree in
Business, with a major in Accounting from the University of Notre
Dame (1981). Mr. Murphy received a Juris Doctorate degree from St.
Louis University School of Law (1984).
